This little tidal pond sat at the back of the RV Park my wife and I stayed at for several days. Frequented by birds, I got up early this particular morning hoping to find an egret or heron fishing in the pond. When I arrived there was just one lone Cormorant sitting on the end of the sunken boat. He would occasionally dive in only to reappear in a few seconds.
As the sun rose above the trees the reflection on the water presented such a lovely scene that I decided to take a panoramic shoot of the pond.
