Steel Power 4

166 MEGAPIXEL VAST PHOTO
Steamtown Museum, Scranton, Pennsylvania

I began my journey into photography nearly 20 years ago in Turkey when I first held a simple point-and-shoot camera in my hands. Though the camera was modest, the power it gave me was anything but. It allowed me to freeze time, capturing fleeting moments and preserving their beauty forever. That first camera ignited a lifelong passion, and through it, I discovered the transformative magic of photography.

In 2007, I moved to the United States, and life brought me closer to the city of my dreams—New York City. Living near this magnificent metropolis, the most beautiful city in the world, has been a constant source of inspiration. The towering skyscrapers, the interplay of light and shadow on glass facades, and the architectural grandeur of the city fuel my creativity. Every building tells a story, and I have dedicated myself to capturing these narratives through my lens.

Beyond the urban landscape, my passion for photography extends to the natural world. I find solace in nature's quiet power—the serene stillness of a foggy morning, the raw energy of ocean waves, the intricate textures of a centuries-old tree. Whether capturing the pulse of a city or the untouched beauty of a vast landscape, my work is driven by a desire to document the world's ever-changing wonders.

As a self-taught photographer, I have spent countless hours refining my craft, guided by curiosity, patience, and a deep appreciation for my surroundings. Through my lens, I aim to preserve not just images but emotions—moments of awe, tranquility, and reflection. Today, my photography serves as an invitation to pause, to see the beauty in both the grand and the understated, and to appreciate the world from a fresh perspective.

VAST Print™

A VAST Print™ represents the pinnacle of the photographic medium. Each print is a true photograph created specifically for you using light-sensitive paper exposed in a darkroom with the industry's highest precision exposure technique. Your print is then sealed with a shine-enhancing protective glossy coating*, adhered to a sturdy aluminum composite backing, and finished in one of two ready-to-hang formats:

  • Frameless floating display: A hidden mounting brace on the rear gracefully "floats" the print off the wall for a sleek, modern look.
  • Framed display: The print is mounted inside one of our handcrafted 100% wood frames with a decorative separation between the print and the frame so that the print appears to be floating within the frame, providing depth and elegance to the finished photo.

*Note: a non-glossy, satin matte coating is alternatively available on request.
